Absolute nightmare. We arrived at the hotel with our daughter, and while it looked a bit sketchy we were travelling all day and were tired. Upon check in and walking to our room we found the property to be dirty. There was dog poop, poop smeared on the stairs and pee in several spots. We walked into the room to be hit by a strong perfumed smell. Headache inducing, persistent smell of some air freshener. When I opened the blanket to check the mattress I found that the sheets have been slept in, with long dark hair and short curly hair on the sheets. Disgusting. I then went to the reception and asked if they have rooms that have been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy and the tub looked like it had blood splatter on it. They showed me two more rooms, both of which were dirty. When I asked for a refund they refused and I ended up being charged for 2 nights.
